The system has a power supply e.g. battery, and an illuminating unit (3) e.g. LED, which consists of transceivers (2) in different design and layout. The transceivers communicate with each other, and execute a warning message, depending on the situation. The system and the transceivers required for a road section are attached to a support unit (1). The support unit e.g. white reflection post and/or street limitation post and extra built support, are attached to an existing object e.g. house, mast, traffic light and tree.
