The lamp has a light time limiter (2) formed in an adapter (1). The lamp is attached to a bulb (7) and the bulb is automatically switched through the control of the light time limiter, when the energy saving lamp reaches full illuminating power. A system for illuminating the energy saving lamp is provided on a light body, where bridging of inertia of the lamp is performed. A bulb holder (6) is provided in the lamp.
