The heat cushion for chairs, benches and car seats, consists of a plastic bag (1) filled with an undercooled solution, containing an activation element (6) for releasing crystallization and exhibiting a delimited chamber (4) and channels (5). The plastic bag is formed from two plastic layers, which are welded together by a circulating welding. The delimited chamber is connected with the remaining plastic bag by welding of the plastic layers over the channels. The activation element is buoyantly embedded in the chamber. The heat cushion is formed roundly or trapezoidally with rounded corners. The heat cushion for chairs, benches and car seats, consists a plastic bag (1) filled with an undercooled solution, containing an activation element (6) for release of crystallization and exhibiting a delimited chamber (4) and channels (5). The plastic bag is formed from two plastic layers, which are welded together by a circulating welding. The heat cushion is formed roundly or trapezoidally with rounded corners. The channel is arranged in such a way that the activation element is prevented to swim in the remaining plastic bag. The delimited chamber is arranged in a boundary region of the plastic bag and/or in a section area formed by folding. The plastic layer is welded along the folding edges during simultaneous outlet canal formation according to the end sections. The welded plastic layers exhibit a free cuts or perforation in the area of the welding path. The heat cushion is stowed away in textile shoulder bag.
