The pillow has flexible foam material and a cover, which is designed as a breathable membrane cover. The foam material consists of a high flexible visco-foam body with a depression that is arranged transverse to a cot direction, where the depression is provided in the center of the foam body. An upper elevation of the pillow is higher than a lower elevation of the pillow, where the lower elevation limits the depression. The cover is impermeable to liquids and pest, and is washable and disinfectable.
