The device has a housing (2) including two ends with openings (21, 22), where an interior space lies between the openings. A position fixing unit is arranged in the interior space and includes fixing parts and a wheel. Two elastic ropes (4, 4`) are provided, where the ends of the ropes are fastened at the fixing parts and the other ends of the ropes are connected with handles (5, 5`) after surrounding the wheel, and the ropes are extended from the openings, respectively. The housing has a base (25) including a base plate and a support base that is arranged at two ends of the base plate.
