The temporary stopping point for public transport, i.e. buses (9) and streetcars, is erected from a kit using an assembly (8) of rectangular support frame plates (10) locked together in a row along the curb (4) of the sidewalk (3) at the edge of the road (1) and supported by feet with height adjustment. Each is held in place by at least one anchor screw bolt. The plates are of wood, metal, concrete or plastics in a grid structure or with a roughened surface.
