The earth-smoking furnace for making durable meat and sausage products, comprises an earth pit (1) covered with inflate building blocks (3) and fire clay plates (5) attached firmly on the blocks towards the interior of the earth pit. The earth pit stands opposite to soil (2) and is firmly covered with a layer of burned brick stones (4). A storage rack is brought into the brick stones with a fat catchment pan together with a cooking grid overlying on its interlocking. The top-opened earth pit is semipermiably covered with a cover plate.
