The mask has a glass frame (20) for accommodating a viewing glass, where the face mask is a soft mask (10) that is fastened to a face of a user. A head band (30) is provided for fastening the soft mask and the glass frame to the face. A nose section (40) is provided with an expandable structure that is expanded when flanks at two sides of the nose section are pressed. The expandable structure is formed by a concentric circular groove at the flanks, where the flanks are designed in a concave manner.
