The terminal has a graphic operating surface, and usual terminal components such as card reader for contactless identification unit (1), function keys (3), numeric keys (4) and finger print sensor. The terminal additionally contains a personal computer (PC) chip set for usual PC operating systems e.g. Linux or Microsoft Windows (RTM: Not defined). A color screen (5) measures 25 cm in diagonal, and a loudspeaker (6) is provided for an audio output. A non removable disk is provided for storage of data and programs.
