The flute (1) has a head piece (2) with an embouchure hole (5), a center piece (3) with an audio hole punch (6) and a base piece with an audio hole punch, which is closed by keys. A distance between the embouchure hole and the hole punch is increased by the extension of the head piece and/or the extension of the center piece and/or through the insertion of the intermediate piece such that the flute exhibits a tuning.
