The hand tool has a machining implement in a form of a reamer (1), detachably fastened to a drive part (2). The drive part has a device for exerting torque moment only on the machining implement in a rotating direction. The drive part is pivotably hinged to a handle (3) in discrete conditions by a rest mechanism. The drive part is fixedly locked in a predetermined rotating condition by a locking device. The drive part is hinged to the handle around an axle, which runs perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the hand tool.
