The device has three hollow bodies (2, 15, 21) that are respectively provided with hollow spaces, where the hollow body (15) and the hollow body (21) are arranged in the hollow body (2). A draining unit is inserted into the hollow space of the hollow body (15) for circulation of periodicals and circulars. Another draining unit is inserted into the hallow space of the hollow body (21) for circulation of mails and a signaling device (27). The hollow bodies are connected in a form-fit and force-fit manner.
