The rod has a main body (1) with a pressing section (11) at its center for pressing a heat-sink, and fastening sections (13) at their both ends for fastening objects to be cooled. Engaging sections (12) are connected to the fastening sections, and are pressed by fingers of a user. The two engaging sections are attached to two ends of the pressing section. The pressing section is designed as arc-shaped, stepped, circular or corrugated.
