The base has a stand (10c) with a base plate (11c) with a central through-hole (111c), which is concentrically formed by the base plate. An attachment pipe (12c) protrudes from the base plate. An attachment hole is concentrically formed in the pipe and connected with the central through-hole. Leveling disks (20c) are arranged at a lower end of a leveling pipe in a sliding manner and are fixed. A leveling disk retainer (40) retains the leveling disks at bottom of the attachment hole.
