A global positioning unit (1) computes current geometric location of real-time traffic condition reporting system. A transmitter (2) receives information of multiple geometric locations and information of corresponding traffic conditions. A microprocessor (4) compares current geometric location with geometric location of traffic condition, to select geometric location of traffic conditions subjected to predetermined condition.
