PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve linearity of the current source and improve its characteristics by decreasing the current value error of current source due to process variance, by devising arrangement layout of current source cells.;SOLUTION: In a current source cell arrangement structure wherein a plurality of current source cells 1 respectively having prescribed currents constitute constant current sources MCELL 1 to MCELL 15 with required current quantities by combining plurality of current source cells of a current source cell matrix, the current source cells matrix is divided into block A 2 and block B 3 which are symmetrically arranged with respect to the center of the matrix arrangement, the constant current sources are formed by the combination of equal number of current source cells which are respectively selected row or column direction from each block.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
