Aminophenyl diazacycloalkane derivatives (I) are new. Aminophenyl diazacycloalkane derivatives of formula (I) and their salts are new: [Image] a, b : 0-4; c : 0 or 1; R1halo, 1-8C (un)saturated aliphatic or alicyclic hydrocarbyl (optionally with one or more C atoms replaced by O, N, Si, S or SO2) or Z; R2Z; Z : an onium group; R3alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, OH, hydroxyalkyl, alkoxy, alkoxyalkyl, alkylcarbonyl, hydroxyalkoxyalkyl, NH2, mono- or dialkylamino, aminoalkyl (optionally N-substituted or N,N-disubstituted by alkyl, acetyl or hydroxyalkyl), aminohydroxyalkyl, COOH, carboxyalkyl, CONH2, carbamoylalkyl, alkoxycarbonyl, mono- or dialkylcarbamoyl or mono- or dialkylcarbamoylalkyl; R4alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, hydroxyalkyl, alkoxyalkyl, alkylcarbonyl, hydroxyalkoxyalkyl, aminoalkyl (optionally N-substituted or N,N-disubstituted by alkyl, acetyl or hydroxyalkyl), aminohydroxyalkyl, COOH, carboxyalkyl, CONH2, carbamoylalkyl, alkoxycarbonyl, mono- or dialkylcarbamoyl or mono- or dialkylcarbamoylalkyl.
