PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking brake device capable of smoothly braking a vehicle from a traveling condition.;SOLUTION: This parking brake device 10 switches a braking condition connecting a control oil chamber 16 of a braking part 11 with an oil tank 18 and a non-braking condition connecting the control oil chamber 16 with a hydraulic pump 17. A throttle 28 for waste oil is installed to a passage connecting the control oil chamber 16 with the oil tank 18. An accumulator 35 is connected with the control oil chamber 16. The accumulator 35 has such a constitution that oil is released when a braking force is higher than when switching from the non-braking condition and the braking force has an allowance to be raised under a condition that the parking brake device 10 is braked.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
