The material piece (13) incorporates a flexible and tensionable elastic plate enclosed in a cloth casing (68,69), connected with a seam (61). In the area of the leg opening, the seam is positioned on the one main surface of the material piece at a distance of at least 0.5 cm from the edge of the leg opening.
