The module (1d) consists of a cage (3d) containing at least one sound-absorbing zone (2d) and at least one ballast zone (5d), located either behind or on both sides of the sound-absorbing zone. The sound absorbing zones are made from blocks of wood, cellular concrete, polymers, rock or volcanic stone, glass wool or rock wool, sealed together by an adhesive, cement or foam. The ballast can be of sand, natural or artificial stone, gravel or rock.
