PRODUCTS AND METHODS FOR CLEANING AND DISINFECTING HYGIENE IN MILK PRODUCTION

The composition has a alkaline active oxygen donor system (40-70%) with active oxygen compound liberator (5-10%) and sodium per carbonate, an activator of composite oxygen liberator (1-2) with tetraacetylethylenediamine, brightener (0.015-0.025) and agents of sequestering, anti-tarter, dispersant, surface active, additives, accelerators of dissolution, disintegrating, cost minerals, dyes and perfumes. Mass quantities of the components are compared with total mass quantity of solid constituent of the composition. Independent claims are included for: (1) a solid composition for the production of liquid composition to maintain hygiene in dairy production; (2) a liquid composition; and (3) a procedure for cleaning and/or disinfections solution.
