The tool has connection rods (8, 9, 12, 13), intermediate parts (14) and a spacer sleeve (15) interposed between handles (6, 7) and a cable (5) to combine angular movements of the handles and sliding of the cable in a sheath, so that a connection of the handles stretches the proximal end of the cable and a swivel axis of the handles according to a discontinuous gear ratio. The cable is driven in a staged manner, so that a preset total course is divided into sections and the gear ratio is adapted to a value of resistance force to be provided in the sections on a tool to be manipulated remotely.
