The device has a single continuous three dimensional tubular reservoir (1) comprising a part (2) formed by rigid tubular duct units connected and extending in several directions in a horizontal plane (P1) of a concrete block. Another part of the reservoir has a tubular duct unit (31, 32) connected and communicating with the rigid duct units in a point and extending in a vertical direction. A demolishing agent e.g. expansive cement, is filled in the part (2) through any of the free ends (34, 35) of the duct unit (31, 32). An independent claim is also included for a concrete block cutting method.
