The pump has a cylindrical body (1) defining a fluid product distribution chamber (13), and a piston (2) comprising flexible upper and lower sealing lips (20, 21) displaceable in a sealed sliding contact in the body to vary the volume of the chamber. An actuating rod (4) is integrated to the piston and is actuated manually to drive the displacement of the piston in the body. The piston has a rigid unit (22) to cooperate with the body, where the unit has a convex abutment surface. An independent claim is also included for a fluid product distributing device comprising a fluid product distributing pump.
