A panel (10) has an agglomerate and stratified wooden structure in which a visible face is provided with a ferromagnetic insert (11), where the panel serves as door frame panel, door leaf panel and furniture panel. The insert is placed above the visible face for receiving magnetic tacks (12) and slightly exceeds a surface of the panel.
