The device has two vices (5) formed of two jaws which are locked by a threaded screw (4) at the center directed by two guiding axes for fixing the clamp bars (3) on a wall to fix a door frame of the user. The vices have a fixed bar (2) in cast iron soldered to the middle of the vices, where the bar permits a connection between the vices and a traction rod (1).
