The cushion has a vertical protruding central abduction block (1) connected to both sides of two inclination wings, where the cushion is U-shaped. The block is connected to two wings of identical size, where the height of the wings at the level of the block decreases towards the front. The block between the legs of the patient and the pelvis remains on the bed and the legs till the knees are placed on the wings. An impermeable cover (2) is made of a fireproof polyurethane coating on a bi-elastic tissue and the cushion is filled of micro beads of polystyrene having fine particle size.
