Polluted water treatment device has an electric resistance heater (4), which heats polluted water contained in a chamber, and a filtration unit (7) which filters vapors and fumes emitted at an evacuation exit of the chamber. The heater increase the temperature of the polluted water using an intermediate calorific buffer fluid (5). The device further comprises a probe (6) for measuring the temperature of the water, an adjustor and a regulator of the heater and an air extractor placed at the evacuation exit of a receiving chamber.
