The connector has a valve (V) to control the communication of a medical fluid between a fixed nozzle (2) of a chamber (1) of a case and a movable nozzle of the chamber. The nozzle (2) slides with lateral sealing in a cylindrical cover (5) formed at a distal end of the valve without penetrating in a slot (11) of the valve. The valve has, between its distal end and proximal head (7), an elastically stretchable elastomer skirt (8) whose peripheral edge is fixed to the case. The case has a cylindrical conduit (3) with proximal and distal sections of small and large diameters, respectively.
