The antenna has upper and lower parts (2, 3) with slot radiators, where the part (2) has radiating waveguides (10) coupled electromagnetically via coupling slots (21) to a feed waveguide (32). The waveguide (32) does not have the coupling slots over the length. The length is selected in order to realize an electrical length equal to the electrical length of a feed waveguide (33) coupled to the part (3). The variation of the pointing angle of the antenna beam is obtained by varying the frequency of the waves guided by the waveguides (32, 33).
