The method involves lifting an object (5) e.g. tissue, to be hooked using hollow suspenders (1). A pulley (3) equipped with a suspension cord (4) is fixed at any place on each of the suspenders, where the cord passes from one side of the pulleys and traverses the center of the suspenders to another side of the pulleys at the exterior of the suspenders. A cord blocking system (6) is arranged at a lower end of each suspender and is fixed in an axle of a hollow part of the suspender.
