Determination of the degree of bactericidity of biosolids that contain organomineral mixtures comprising fertilizing rock salt and used for the manufacture of organic or organomineral manure bacterized by plant growth promoting bacteria (I), comprises culturing the pre-cultures of (I) in a liquid medium in presence of the biosolids; incubating at ambient temperature; and measuring the optical density (OD) of the medium at two instants (OD1 and OD2); where the bactericidity of the biosolids is high when the difference in OD (i.e. OD2-OD1) is weak or vice versa.
