The grill has connection units (3) provided between a rail (1) and a bar (2). Each unit (3) comprises a traversing channel receiving the rail and a bore complimentary to an outer contour of the bar. Each unit (3) has a shaft complimentary to an inner contour of the bar, where the bore and the shaft cooperate with the bar along a direction non parallel to the channel. A pin or screw type fastener is provided for a permanent fixation of the rail to the connection units. The fastener is not accessible, after the mounting of the grill. An independent claim is also included for a ready-to-mount kit comprising a rail and a bar for mounting a protection and decorative grill.
