The method involves defining contours of an image representing the decoration to be carried out. Some of the contours are tracked with a laser beam projected onto a support to be decorated. The support is modeled in three dimensions. The image to be drawn according to the model of the support is calculated for two tracing appliance sites. Some of the contours of image calculated corresponding to the site is traced on the support, using a tracing appliance. An independent claim is also included for a device for decorating walls.
