The board has a sleeveboard (1) supporting the ironing board and its leg assembly (2). The length of sleeveboard is equal to or greater than that of the ironing board. The assembly`s position on the sleeveboard is calculated based on criteria. The sleeveboard and a movable plate (4) are connected by hinges (5) for permitting an ironing position in which fixed and movable plates (3, 4) rest on the sleeveboard to form an ironing table, and another ironing position in which the plate (4) is folded on the plate (3) for pressing on the sleeveboard. A clip maintains the plate (4) on the sleeveboard.
