The device has an extrusion profile (1) placed at the ends of a rolling axle (6) of a blind canvas (4). Connection hooks are placed at a posterior part of the profile and comprise an orifice (10) and a groove, in which each end of an articulation and connection axle (12) of a support arm (13) is disposed. The support arm is placed between the orifice and the groove, and the orifice and groove permit swinging of the axle.
