A gas-liquid mixer pump with a mixing/suction chamber connected to a dissolution/pressurization chamber, has a motor-driven rotating plate with many slots located at the gas/liquid inlet to generate large numbers of small bubbles which are then dissolved in the liquid under pressure to produce dissolved oxygen levels above the saturation value. A mixer for pressurized liquid and gas, comprising: (a) a hollow body (1) forming (from top to bottom) a chamber (11) for mixing and for aspiration of gas and a chamber (12) for dissolution and for pressurizing gas and liquid, with an opening (13) connecting the chamber for mixing to the chamber for dissolution and an aspiration inlet (111) near the top of the chamber for mixing and connected to an aspiration duct (2); and (b) a motorized pump (4) with a shaft (41) fixed to a rotating plate (5) with many slots located at the aspiration inlet in the chamber for mixing. When the pump is started, the slotted rotating plate rotates at high speed, agitating the liquid (32) and gas (31) (entering through tubes (22, 21) respectively and then via the aspiration duct (2)) so that the gas dissolves in the liquid to generate many small bubbles (71); the bubbles and the liquid are pressurized by the pump and then pass through the opening into the chamber for dissolution, where the oxygen in the liquid is above the saturation value; the small bubbles are then transferred into a container through the liquid outlet (122).
