The terminal (10) has a downloading unit (12) downloading, from a server, two secret codes such as sequence of digits and bar codes, associated to a product to be delivered. The codes are stored in a memory (14) of the terminal before the delivery. An alphanumeric keyboard (16) and a bar code reading unit (18) are provided for entering two different codes and for delivering a signal (104) permitting the delivery only if the entered codes are respectively identical to the codes stored in the memory. An independent claim is also included for a product or parcel delivery securization system comprising product or parcel delivery terminal.
