The device has a plate (1) that is provided for receiving a desired decoration (2). A deformable ring is fixed to the plate by a connection unit integrated to the plate. The deformable ring is constituted by a joined coil spring (5) having a specific elasticity. The connection unit comprises receptacles (3, 4) fixed on both sides of the plate and provided for receiving ends of the spring, respectively. The length of the spring is such that the diameter of the ring corresponds to that of user`s smallest finger wearing the ring, when the spring is fixed to the plate.
