The device has a funnel-shaped bin (1) for receiving an absorbing product to be spread on ground, and a diffusion cylinder (3) located in lower part of the bin. The cylinder has longitudinal blades (8) directly coupled with wheels (5, 5bis) which are fixed at ends of the cylinder and coupled by axles (4, 4bis). The wheels allow, by pushing or by pulling, mobility of the device and directly drive the cylinder, and a slit arranged at base of the bin allows the flow of product by gravity.
