The device has a track chassis (1) in which forks of a hoisting engine slide and formed by one axle for fixation of a jack, another axle for an overhang handling rail (2) and a rolling plate. The rail is made of IPN and permits a positioning chassis (3) to be displaced by using a sling (4). Two stops limit the displacements of the chassis (3). A roller below the rail rolls on the plate. The jack is fixed on the chassis (1) and the rail for permitting an operator to slide concrete slabs in a preceding post. The chassis (3) is fixed on the sling to permit a vertical rotation of the chassis.
