The device has a strike part (600) that receives bolts mounted on a movable wing of a door. A coupling part (500) has openings (504, 505) disposed on both sides of an oblong slot (502) that forms a cam surface (503) inclined with respect to directions (X, Y). The part (500) converts an activation movement along a direction (X) into a movement of the part (600) in direction (Y) between locked and unlocked positions. The part (600) receives the bolts in the locked position and releases the bolts in the unlocked position. The parts (500, 600) are formed as distinct parts. An independent claim is also included for a two wing door comprising two wings one of which supports a movable wing locking device.
