The device has an acquisition unit (22) acquiring content of a label (12) carried by a newspaper (10) and with a digital camera (30) taking a photo of the label, where the label has a radio frequency identification chip (18). An interpreting unit (24) interprets the content of the label, and a transmission unit (26) transmits information of the content to a remote data server (28). The information comprises an identifier resulting from the content interpretation, an identifier of the device, a number entry file with responses to a questionnaire, and content acquisition data and time.
