The framework has plastic rails pinned to ground and ceiling (3), and plastic vertical posts (4), where the framework is made of plastic material e.g. polyvinyl chloride. A thermal and/or phonic insulation (5) with mineral wool is placed between the posts, where the insulation is maintained in position by fitting to the interior of the posts.
