The medium has a sheet (1) rolled in such a way to form a cylinder and made of flexible material e.g. polyvinyl chloride. The cylinder is provided with a flexible magnetic tape for installing the cylinder on supports. Advertising inscriptions are applied on two sides of the sheet. A part (2) passes through a slit (3), and parts (2, 4) form a base of the supports after the sheet is rolled, where the diameter (6) of the slit is greater than its width.
