The device has an electric motor (1) with a shaft (3) driving an auger (5), and a screw (10) mounted on the auger. The screw is connected to activation units, which comprise a cross bar (11) and brake cables for transforming rotational movement of the shaft into translational movement of the cables. The screw is supported on a wall (14) of a fixed support for immobilizing the wall relative to the auger. The support is connected to bearings, where the bearings are formed by embossing process. The cross bar is mounted in rotation on the screw around an axis perpendicular to the auger.
