The device has a container (1) provided with a washing water supplying tube (3) and a used water evacuating conduit (4). The container has parallel washing conduits (7, 8) connected to the tube. The washing conduits have a set of perforations disposed in two or three parallel rows for diverting jets of washing water towards ice-cream scoops (20) disposed vertically in the container and inner walls of the container. A bottom (16) of the container is conformed in such a way to supply the used water towards an opening (17) of the conduit (4) disposed in a lower part of the container.
