The mold has a dead end cavity (22) forming a seat for an electric motor mounting. The mold has a surface (24) adjacent to open end of the cavity (22) and forming a ring. The mold has a cavity (26) that is provided in the surface (24) of the mold and in which two cleats are inserted and fixed by using a screw. The cleat (28a) has a shape complimentary to that of a housing that houses an accessory component e.g. electric connector. The other cleat extends the cleat (28a) from the surface (24) for forming a connection opening for mounting an electronic cruise control.
