The system has a bowl (2) in the form of a trough in which a filing conduit is opened. A shutter (3) is constituted of a knuckle and a panel (21), where the knuckle comprises an axle (23) engaged in a drum (7) of the bowl. The drum has a connecting rod (17) to be engaged in a locking track arranged in the axle for maintaining, in closed position, the shutter against the action of elastic units. The axle has at its surface a guide slot whose geometry combines axial and helical components. The drum has a finger (14) to be engaged in the guide slot.
