The wall has an assembly of an intermediary wall element (3) and two bearing elements (2) in the form of a box beam, where the bearing elements are fixed on ground and fastened to a shore anchoring unit using connection units (6). Each bearing element has a fixation element (7) provided at the level of inner volume of the bearing element and constituted of a tie-rod (61). The fixation element cooperates with the connection unit and the inner volume of the corresponding bearing element. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a fixation element for forming a maritime quay wall (2) a method for setting a maritime quay wall using a fixation element (3) an intermediary method for setting a fixation element in a bearing element.
